30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

All products can be returned to Ratchet Rake LLC for any reason within thirty days of delivery. The customer will be refunded the full purchase price of the product within two business days of receiving the returned item. Delivery and return shipping charges are non refundable.

One Year Warranty

We will replace any part or component that fails for the period of one year after delivery. Failure to follow the guidelines listed in the Step Stand product information sheet or any modifications made to the device will automatically void this warranty. All materials and finishes are subject to some fading or dulling from ultra violet (the sun) exposure. Fading or dulling is not covered by the product warranty.
